Homestay message
We are both working professionals. We live in the NW part of the beautiful City of Calgary.
We can offer you, your own bedroom in our basement suite. You will have access to your own washroom with shower and tub and a large living space with kitchenette (Full fridge, sink and microwave). Beautiful walkout basement with huge windows and a good sized yard. Lots of natural lighting and has a combination of carpet and heated porcelain tile. You will also have access to our washer and dryer. Full high speed internet access is available.
We are a pet and smoke free home and we do not approve of any illicit drug use or alcohol in our home. We both do not drink or smoke ourselves. We have a very neat, clean, and tidy home. We are prefer a FEMALE tenant who is also neat and tidy and great with children.
There are buses, shopping centres, outlet mall a 10 mins drive away, banks, movie theatres, restaurants, library, and fitness centers close by. Lots of local ammenities. We are a 10-15 mins drive from and to the Calgary International airport. We can provide pick up from the airport too.
