Homestay message

Hello there,
I have 2 rooms available beginning from Sept 2010 to Sept 2011. My 2 homestay students from Quebec and Japan have just returned to their homes.
The cost is $650 per student, includes breakfast and dinner. If you require lunches, we can discuss. I will cook dinner every night, however I'll make breakfast and dinner on weekends too. The students will have a wide array of choices for breakfast. Extra snacks are not included.
There is myself, a full time employee of the Government of Canada (I'm female), my 3 daughters ages 17, 16, 14.
There is a large beautiful washroom that the students will share (2 sinks, deep tub/shower). There are 3 full bathrooms - 1 on main floor, one on top floor (right by their bedrooms) and a master bath off my bedroom.
There are 2 livingrooms, 2 televisions (cable), one main computer that my girls use all the time, but if the students have laptops there is wifi here. There is a printer. The basement is where one of my daughters has her room, there is also the washer and dryer down there.
We have a large backyard with a deck and a trampoline. Also a garden.
We are across the street from a Junior High School, the Dalhousie community Centre, large fields for soccer, baseball, basketball courts, tennis courts, many walkways throughout Dalhousie, buses very close by and LRT close too.
5 minute bus ride to the train, and 10 minutes by train to the University, 30 minutes by train to downtown.
