Hi, I usually rent to international students from Japan and Korea and thoroughly enjoy doing it. I also help with homework and also with speaking English. I live in a very quiet area of Calgary. My house is two minutes from the bus stop and is about 30 minutes buy bus to downtown. I have a three bedroom house so there are two bedrooms vacant. There is wifi in my house as well as internet, television, washer and dryer, and the bedrooms are furnished.
